Sony Mobile is adding a new mid-range Xperia phone to the XA series. The new Xperia™ XA1 has a best in class 8MP 23mm wide-angle lens and a 23MP rear camera. Its large 1/2.3” Exmor™RS mobile sensor and bright F2.0 lens provides superior low light capability.
Display-wise, the Xperia XA 1 has an edge-to-edge 720p HD 5″ screen that delivers a crisp and sharp viewing experience. The Xperia XA1 is powered by a Mediatek MT6757 Helio P20 chipset and runs on Android 7.0 (Nougat). To ensure a longer lasting performance over the smartphone’s lifetime, the XA1 is equipped with the Qnovo Adaptive Charging and Stamina Mode to monitor the battery’s health and to disable background apps to extend battery life.
The Sony Xperia XA1 will be available in Gold, Black and White at a suggested retail price of S$398 from Sony Store, Sony Centre, M1, Singtel, StarHub and authorized retail partners by 6 May 2017.
