Google continues its hardware bet with HTC

After weeks of speculation, Google has finally announced that it is absorbing HTC’s Pixel phone team into its own hardware organization. In a blog post by Google’s Senior Vice President of Hardware – Rick Osterloh, the agreement would see “a team of HTC talent” join Google as part of its hardware organization.
